TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations. All shoots require a client booking and a booking confirmation from LensAppeal. All bookings require a deposit, to be determined by LensAppeal. Deposits are non-refundable. If a client cancels a booking at less than 3 working days notice, the deposit shall be forfeit.
Third Party Referral and Voucher Schemes. From time to time, selected third parties
may offer their clients our services. In such circumstances, our fees to our clients
remain the same as if the client had approached us directly, subject to any defined
Discount, Voucher or “Free Photo Shoot” offer, as detailed in each individual offer.
Client Referral Scheme. From time to time, we may offer our clients a refund of
part of their fee, in exchange for each client that they recommend to us, where the
referred client purchases a defined value of photos from us, as detailed in each
individual offer.
Discounts, Vouchers & Free Shoots. From time to time, we offer
discounts, vouchers and “free shoots” . For “free shoots”, we waive our “shoot only”
service fee and/or our fee for both a shoot and a specified set of photos from the
shoot, as detailed in each individual offer. Our discount offers provide a percentage
discount on the shoot and/or the purchase of photos from the shoot, as specified
in each individual offer. Our vouchers provide a defined rebate on the total cost
of a shoot and selected photos from the shoot, to the total value of the LensAppeal
voucher.
Vouchers & Gift Tokens. All vouchers and gift tokens issued by LensAppeal are valid
for a maximum of six months from the date of issue and are non-refundable (subject
to the purchasers legal rights). Vouchers and gift tokens may be transferred, provided
LensAppeal are notified of the transfer.
Limitations
If two or more offers are available, they cannot be combined. All offers
are limited to one offer per client (groups are counted as one client).
Location
We use rented premises for our studio, and, from time to time, our studio
will change location to provide new settings for our shoots. Hence, our studio location
is liable to change at two to three months notice; however, it will always be both
near the M25 and easily accessible from central London.
Gift Tokens
We supply Gift Tokens for each of our services, which the recipient can use for a Makeover, Boudoir or Portfolio shoot.
The cost of the Gift Tokens is charged in full at the time of purchase.
Gift Tokens are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Our prices for Couple Photoshoots are the same as those for individual shoots, provided the majority of the images are of the couple, and only one requires make-up.
Makeover Parties / Families
Our prices for Makeover Parties and Families are tailored for small and large groups. Please call us to discuss your requirements, so we can offer an appropriate quotation - our fee can be as low as £75.00 per person for a “full-day” shoot.
